SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and customer support communications to customers of MOLD BUSTERS USA LLC who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with dedicated checkboxes for SMS consent.

We offer two types of SMS communications:

Service Messages: Appointment reminders, confirmations, service updates, and customer support messages. These are sent when you provide your phone number through any of our web forms, web chat, or other digital intake points, or by initiating a text conversation with any of our text-enabled phone numbers.

Marketing Messages: Special offers, discounts, and product updates. These are only sent if you have explicitly opted in to receive marketing communications by checking the marketing consent box on our form.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. No further messages will be sent following that confirmation. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect service message delivery. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for assistance or call us at (833) 545-5665 during regular business hours.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Mold Busters USA LLC Limited WARRANTY

Qualified Mold Treatment Services completed by Mold Busters USA LLC (The Company) are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year when the entire premises are treated. The warranty period shall commence on the date of the original treatment, which is listed on the applicable treatment invoice and shall continue until the same month and day of the following year. If at any time during the warranty period, mold is found in the area of service at a greater density than that of local outside air, The Company will re-treat the home at no charge. This warranty will become void if additional water intrusion is introduced to the premises, i.e. groundwater, broken pipe, appliance leak, roof leak, basement flood, toilet or bathtub leak, etc. or if any current water issues have not been fixed. Warranty is also void if a current leak or water intrusion issue is not fixed before the treatment is completed by The Company. Any existing water intrusion issues must be corrected in entirety and sufficiently dried out before treatment. If the warranty is used, the estimate/invoice must be presented to a Mold Busters USA LLC employee at the time of a secondary inspection. The Company is not held liable for any certification, inspection, or guarantee by any third-party. The Company will accept warranty period mold testing from other licensed, certified mold inspection companies. 'Viable' air sample testing that has been incubated and analyzed by a laboratory is required. The warranty is fully transferable during the warranty period in the case of verified real estate transactions and generational gifting.
